We are a devoted local association of volunteers committed to improving the lives of cats that make their lives on the streets of Tavira. We strive to be the guardian angels, ensuring they have full bellies, good health, and a chance at a brighter future.
From providing meals to arranging essential veterinary care, including facilitating neutering programs. It is our mission to make Tavira a safe and caring community for every street cat.
About Us
What We Do
Many of the cats that live on the streets have a good life roaming freely in the sunshine. We make sure they are fed daily, are neutered and are fully inoculated against disease. Others are abandoned domestic cats which crave human love and attention. In these cases and with new litters of kittens, we serve to find them new homes through responsible adoptions.

Feeding a colony of cats gets expensive and Tavira has than 40 different colonies of street animals that all need feeding. Every little helps to provide food for the animal so if you can donate something or consider setting up a regular payment you will be directly supporting the work we do.
