Tamilo was originally named Silver. He spent six months of his life in the Municipal Gatil. He was considered "unadoptable" because he would not allow human contact.

We took Tamilo from the Gatil and delivered him to an adoption agency who were to socialise and adopt him. After two weeks, Tamilo was returned to Street Cats if Tavira because he was too "wild".

Within two days of returning to us, Tamilo was allowing stroking and pickups. He would sit on the lap of the carer.

One month later Tamilo was adopted.
